If you are a licensed contractor in good standing whose home office is in Northern California or who has jobsites in Northern California, you are eligible to join the Construction Industry Crime Prevention Program. The Northern California region of CICP includes areas as far south as Tulare and Merced, west to the Bay Area and Monterey County, and north to the Oregon border.

Please fill out the application below. Dues amounts for each trade are listed on the application. If using a Visa or MasterCard, you can pay safely and securely online, or fax the application to CICP at 916-563-8777. If you wish to enclose a check please mail the application to CICP of Northern California, 3095 Beacon Blvd., West Sacramento, CA 95691.

For your records CICP's not-for-profit Federal Tax Number is on the application. CICP welcomes your questions and feedback at 916-372-2984.

We look forward to welcoming you as a new member to our network of contractors and law enforcement. Upon receipt of your application and dues you will be contacted by CICP's Executive Director with a new member packet that includes a set of our signs, services and member certificate. A site manager training session will be scheduled at that time and/or a physical jobsite security survey.
